Allergen Information
At RARA, we understand the seriousness of food allergies and are committed to clear, accurate allergen information across our menu.
In compliance with current allergen legislation, we provide easy-to-read details on any known allergens in our dishes.
There are 14 major allergens identified by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), and we have carefully reviewed and clearly highlighted all applicable allergens in bold throughout our menu.

While we take every possible precaution, our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen environment, and cross-contact may occur. As a result, we cannot guarantee any dish is 100% free from allergens.
We do not offer meals certified as “free from” allergens, and we strongly advise that customers with allergies or intolerances inform our staff before ordering.
